Collaboration: Character Design Part 5

According to the OGR feedback we received, Liv went in and tweaked the design for Cici's hair. We took inspiration from Skye's hair since it maintains the disheveled look that we are going for in regard to Cici's personality. We decided that we're going to use the second one.
